Specifically, it substitutes serial number 899 with new entries for Indian Standard IS 14756: 2024, specifying a unit of 1 Ton, a rate of ₹95,000.00 for Large Scale Enterprises, ₹76,000.00 for Micro Small Medium Enterprises, and a SLAB-1 Unit Rate of 38.4, effective from one month of the notification date. Furthermore, it inserts new serial numbers from 1710 to 1759 after serial number 1709. These insertions include various Indian Standards such as IS 1628: 1986, IS 1115: 1986, IS 15356:2025, IS 230: 2025, IS 8540: 1986, and others, each with specified units (e.g., 1 Litre, 1 MT, 100 Sqm, 1 Piece), corresponding rates for Large Scale Enterprises (ranging from ₹51,000.00 to ₹3,47,000.00) and Micro Small Medium Enterprises (ranging from ₹41,000.00 to ₹2,78,000.00), SLAB-1 Unit Rates (ranging from ₹0.15 to ₹200.00), and specific effective dates spanning from 20250710 (July 10, 2025) to 20251211 (December 11, 2025). The principal notification CMD-2/G-18 dated 05th August, 2021, has been previously amended multiple times between September 2021 and June 2025.
