CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2025
S.O. 120(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 892(E) dated the 1st April, 2013,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st April, 2013 and
amendment vide S.O. 358 (E) dated the 5th February, 2015 and amendment S.O. 2959 (E) dated the 30th October
2015 and amendment S.O. 3079 (E) dated the 16th November, 2015 and amendment S.O. 1609 (E) dated the 2nd May,
2016 namely: In the preamble of notification S.O.3 079(E) dated the 16th November, 2015 for the words "The Special
District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore", the words "The Special District Revenue Officer, LA, NH, Villupuram"
Shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide S.O.No. 892 (E) dated the 1st April 2013, in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st April, 2013 and subsequently amended vide
S.O. 358 (E) dated the 5th February, 2015, S.O. 2959 (E) dated the 30th October, 2015, S.O. 3079 (E) dated the 16th
November, 2015 and amended vide S.O. 1609 (E) dated the 2nd May, 2016.
