DGTR Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the designated Authority has issued the final finding notification no. 6/7/2022-DGTR dated 27.09.2023 read with corrigendum notification dated 06.12.2023 in respect of the anti-dumping investigation undertaken on subject product "Industrial Laser Machines, used for cutting, marking, or welding." i. In paragraph 147 of the final findings, the duty table SN-1 column number-2 HS codes 84798199 stands deleted. ii. In paragraph 147 of the final findings, the duty table SN-7 column number-6 mentioned as "Jinan Oree Laser Technology Co.
