This action was taken in pursuance of Sub-rule (1) of Rule (15) of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018. The notification announces the establishment of amendments to three specific Indian standards. Amendment No. 1 was established for IS 3504: 2006 (Thymol - Specification (Third Revision)), Amendment No. 3 for IS 16544: 2016 (All Glass Evacuated Tubes Solar Water Heating System), and Amendment No. 1 for IS 17236: 2019 (Prevention and Safety Against Fire in Ropeways - Code of Practice).
