S.O. 1891(E) dated 02.05.2024 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 02.05.2024 and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Smt. Sujata Gandhe, Deputy Collector (General), Wardha, Government of Maharashtra to perform the functions of Competent Authority for Mumbai — Nagpur — Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline Project (MNJPL) of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Maharashtra under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for a period of three years, instead of her earlier authorization on additional charge basis. 2.
