S.O. 4340(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 read with section 4 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 (14 of 2021), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O.1248 (E), dated the 11th March, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 11th March, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph (2) relating to the heading “Members under clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 3", in the Table,- (a) for serial number (viii) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- +----------+-------------------------------------------------------------+-----------------------+ | Sl.
