Ch. 0.000 Km (Ex. Ch. 537.850 Km on NH-202) to De. Ch. 6.571 Km, following the earlier declaration of intent under S.O. 4588(E) dated 19th October 2023 issued under Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956); the notification records that the substance of the intent notification had been published in "Sanghai Express" (English) and "Hueiyen Lanpao" (Manipuri) both dated 19th November 2023, that no objections were received under Section 3-C, that the Competent Authority (Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul) submitted its report under Section 3D(1), and that pursuant to Section 3D(1) and Section 3D(2) the Central Government declared the scheduled land, totalling 9.289509 hectares across 15 survey plots in Hunphun village, acquired and vested absolutely in the Central Government free of encumbrances, under File No. NHIDCL/PMU-Ukhrul/U-T-T/UKLBypass/2023-24/3D and signed by Abhay Jain, Deputy Secretary.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-07032024-252686 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1030] | NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, 2024/PHALGUNA 16, 1945 1566 GI/2024 | (1) MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th March, 2024 S.O. 1081(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.4588 (E) Dated:19/10/2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building & widening to two lane with hard shoulder, maintenance, management and operation of Ukhrul-Taloi-Tadubi Road Pkg.-I (including Ukhrul Bypass) on NH-102A in the stretch of land from De. Ch. 0.000 Km (Ex. Ch. 537.850 Km on NH-202) to De. Ch. 6.571 (Ch. 9.940 on Ex. Ukhrul-Taloi-Tadubi Road) under the jurisdiction of Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul in the district of UKHRUL in the state of MANIPUR; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Sanghai Express (English Edition)" and "Hueiyen Lanpao (Manipuri Edition)” both dated 19/11/2023; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received no objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances. 4 | THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY | [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] SCHEDULE Brief Description of the land to be acquired with or without structures falling on Ukhrul-Taloi-Tadubi Road Pkg.-I (including Ukhrul Bypass) on NH-102A in the stretch of land from De.
