No. 2907(E) dated 30.06.2023, the Central Government hereby authorizes Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial) Jewar, District- Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, in place of Shri Umesh Chandra Nigam, Deputy Collector, Gautambudh Nagar, to perform the functions of Competent Authority for laying of Piyala (Faridabad, Haryana) to Jewar Airport (Gautam Budhngar U.P.) ATF Pipeline by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited under the said Act, within the territory of Uttar Pradesh State. This notification is applicable from the date of issuance. [F.
