This appointment, effective immediately and until further orders, is made in pursuance of Section 3(1)(e) of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and supersedes Notification G.S.R. No. 834 (E) dated 22nd November, 2022. Shri Mangal replaces Shri Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Additional Secretary, in this role.
