This is in pursuance of the order no. W.P.(C) 16202/2024 of High Court, Delhi dated 22nd November, 2024 and also this is subject to the outcome of the Letters Patent Appeal(LPA) which may be filed before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi by the Press Council of India challenging the above mentioned order of High Court of Delhi dated 22nd November, 2024.
