Rajaseekaran Vs. Union of India and Others, composition of the Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety notified by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways vide Notification No. 25035/62/2012-RS dated 31st January, 2014 and modified vide Notification No. RT/25035/62/2012-RS dated 31st January, 2020 is hereby further modified as under with effect from 1st December, 2024: (i) Shri Sanjay Bandopadhdyaya, IAS (Retired) as Member in place of Shri Sanjay Mitra, former Defence Secretary, who has expressed his inability to continue as Member. 2. The Committee will, on behalf of the Court, undertake action as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Order dated 22nd April, 2014. 3.
