(1) These rules may be called the Rubber (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Rubber Rules, 1955, in rule 27A, for the words “Joint Secretary to the Government of India”, the words “Deputy Secretary to the Government of India or above” shall be substituted.
