L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4157] NEW DEL HI, WEDNESDAY , OCTOBER 4, 2023/ ASVINA 12, 1945 CG-DL-E-06102023-249208 1 2 3 4 5 6 293/435/16 293/435/25 293/436/15 293/436/16 293/436/25 293/436/5 293/436/6 293/437/15 293/437/16 293/437/25 293/437/5 293/437/6 97/5884, 69/5884, 25/5884, 613/2942, अजय 51/5884 293/438/19 293/438/19 293/438/20 293/438/21 294/438/25 294/438/25 294/439/5 294/439/5 293/438/18 293/438/19 294/439/5 [फा. सं. 16032/1/2016/LA:BM -06/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 3rd October , 2023 S.O. 4328(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways numbers S.O. 148(E) dated 10th January, 2023 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -Section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of Se ction 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government d eclared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening twolaning with paved shoulders etc.), maintenance, management and operation of BharatmalaProject Package -06 (Part II), NH -911 in the stretch of land from Km . 123.100 to Km . 163.800 (Raisinghnagar to PugalSection) in the district of Sriganganagar in the State of Rajasthan; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “SeemaSandesh” and “DainikNavjyoti” both dated the 21 January, 2023 Under sub -section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections have been received And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to th e Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in th e said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land spe cified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
