L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4144 ] NEW DELHI, TUES DAY , OCTO BER 3, 2023/ ASVINA 11, 1945 CG-DL-E-06102023-249184 1 2 3 4 5 6 446-1B 236-3 243-3B1 311-1B2 311-1D 311-2B 316-5B 317-2A 462-5 7-3 91-5A 91-6A 58-9 84-1A2 84-1B2 84-2A2 93-1B 335-1 368-1B2 368-2B 298-3B 329-4B 331-1W2 600-1B 609-2 837-7A 841-2 21-7A 24-1 22-11 37-3B 37-9A [फा.सं. 7069/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd October , 2023 S.O. 4315 (E).—Whereas by the notification of the Gover nment of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, N/07069/01001/AP Dated:09/07/2021, 4770 Dated:07/10/2022 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of th e National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH16 in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 23.771 (Near Old Gudur Busstand) in the district of Tirupati in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “ Hans India ” and “ Andhra Prabha ” both dated 28.01.2023 ; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section ( 1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Gov ernment hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
