The substance of the prior notification was published in 'Lokmat Time' and 'Dainik Lokmat' on December 24, 2025, as per sub-section (3) of section 3A. The Competent Authority considered and settled objections filed under Section 3-C and submitted its report to the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3D. Consequently, the Central Government, exercising powers under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, declares the acquisition of the land specified in the Schedule. Furthermore, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D, the land, totaling 0.5951 hectares across villages Nimgaon and Jawkheda Khurd in Taluk Bhokardan, District Jalna, Maharashtra, will vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances, upon the publication of this notification. The land is located within the stretch of NH753M from Km. 0.0000 to Km. 63.900 km.

Dated:16/12/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of (two lane with paved shoulder / four with earthen shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH753M in the stretch of land from Km. 0.0000 to Km. 63.900 km in the district of Jalna in the state of MAHARASHTRA And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Lokmat Time” dated 24/12/2025, "Dainik Lokmat” dated 24/12/2025 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances. 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the NH753M in the stretch of land from Km. 0.0000 to Km. 63.900 km in the district of Jalna in the state of MAHARASHTRA State: MAHARASHTRA | District: Jalna Sl.
