S.O. 1907(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri. Y. H. S. Satish, Tahsildar, Government of Andhra Pradesh, to perform the functions of Competent
Authority for Contract Area KG/ONDSF/KAVITAM/2021 (Kavitam Field) of IMC Infrastructure Private Limited in
West Godavari District in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
