S.O. 3799(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8) of section 3 read with subsection (2) of
section 5 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908, the Central Government hereby declares that the GALATHEA BAY Port shall
be a Major Port with immediate effect and the geo -geographical co -ordinates of its limits shall be as follows:
