L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-05072024-255187 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2455] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JULY 4, 2024/ASHADHA 13, 1946 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2024 S.O. 2590(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry Of Road Transport and Highways number S.O 3689 (E), dated the 20th November 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 20th November 2017 namely:- In the schedule to the aforesaid notification: Against serial no. 2, relating to Palma-Gumla section of Bharatmala Project in Gumla District- (2) The CALA – District Land Acquisition officer, Gumla shown in Col. No. 2 against stretch Km 46.800 to Km 88.600 may be shown in CALA cum Land Record Deputy Collector, Gumla against stretch Km 46.800 to 88.600. Foot Note: The Principal Notification was published vide S.O. No. 3689 (E) dated 20th November 2017 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 20th November 2017.
