New Delhi, the 3rd June, 2025
S.O. 2477(E). In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby authorizes the authority mentioned
in column (1) of the schedule given below to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the said Act for
expansion of pipelines by Oil India Limited, Numaligarh to Siliguri in respect of the areas specified in column (2) of
the said schedule.
