Subject: - Amendments in Paras 4.87 (a) and 4.88 of Handbook of Procedures 2023.
F. No. 01/94/180/028/AM26/PC-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 &
2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of
Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment with immediate effect.
2. The amendments in Paras 4.87 (a) and 4.88 of HBP-2023, are as under:

Effect of this Public Notice: Import and export of gems and jewellery parcels for personal carriage are
now also permitted through Ahmedabad Airport.
