No. No. 6/34/2026-DGTR.-Having regards to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment, and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty Rules, 1995) as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority hereby makes the following corrections in the initiation notification (English) issued vide notification No. 6/34/2026-DGTR dated 23.06.2026, in respect of the subject anti-dumping investigation. 4752 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I-SEC.1] 2. Paragraph 10 of the initiation notification stands substituted to be read as under: The applicant has proposed the period of 1st April 2025 to 31st December 2025 (9 months) as period of investigation (POI). However, the Authority has considered POI from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, which is a 12-month period. The injury period covers the period of 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and POI.
