Publication of user fee notification

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-04072026-274075 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3481] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 3, 2026/ASHADHA 12, 1948 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2026 S.O. 3618(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 453(E) dated 29th January, 2021, the Central Government has authorized the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its official or through a Contractor for the use of Pileru Puthapattu section from km 300.193 to km 337.693 (old km 18.350 to km 56.000) of National Highway number 40 (Old National Highway number 18). Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 to 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published vide S.O. 453(E), dated 29th January, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "said notification"), in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely: 1.
