L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-04042025-262296 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1591] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, APRIL 4, 2025/CHAITRA 14, 1947 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th March, 2025 S.O. 1610(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that pipelines should be laid from BE#102, BK#6, BE#77, BE#48, BK#5, BE#17, BE#57 to GCS and EPS#2 to BW#26 within the State of Jharkhand in the District of Bokaro and Ramgarh for the transportation of Coal Bed Methane (CBM) Gas by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited; And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in Land under which the said pipelines are proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto; NOW, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein; Any person interested in the land described in the annexed schedule may, within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India (copies of the notification published in the gazette would be made available to the general public), object in writing to the Acquisition of the Right of User therein for laying of the pipelines under the land to District Land Acquisition Officer (DLAO), Bokaro, Govt. of Jharkhand, Competent Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, CBM Asset, Bokaro, 1ST floor HSCL Building, near Nayamore, Bokaro -827 001.
