(1) These regulations may be called the Pharmacy Practice (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Pharmacy Practice Regulations, 2015, in Appendix III under the heading “Details of Position Title and job responsibilities of Drug Information Pharmacist at Pharmacy practice site in a health care setting (Drug store/ Pharmacy)", in paragraph 7B under the heading “Details of Position, Title and Job responsibilities of Clinical Pharmacist," in sub-paragraph 3, under sub-heading "The Clinical Pharmacist" in clause (i), after the words "Pharm. D.", the words "or M. Pharm (Pharmcy Practice)" shall be inserted. ANIL MITTAL, Registrar-cum-Secy.
