No. 4348 (E) dt.19-11-2019 issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipe Lines (Acquisition of Right of uses in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962) (here in after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that Notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for Project KG-DWN-98/2 from land fall point at G. Moolapolem H/o G. Vemavaram(V) to Gogullanka H/o Guthinadeevi (V) of I. Polavaram Mandal of East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh State a pipeline should be laid by the ONGC, Eastern Offshore Asset, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. And whereas copies of the said Gazette Notification were made available to the public from 03.01.2020. And whereas no objection have been received from the public to lying of the pipeline by the Competent Authority. And whereas the Competent Authority has under Sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Central Government. And whereas the Central Government after considering the said report, decided to acquire the Right of User in the lands specified in the Schedule. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User on the land specified in the Schedules appended to this Notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline: And further in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of Users on the land for laying of pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest, on this date of the publication of this declaration, in the ONGC, EOA, Kakinada Asset, free from encumbrances.
