Exercising powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government modifies paragraph 1 of S.O. 3826(E) concerning the Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS). Specifically, the words “KAVACH of South Central Railway" are substituted with “KAVACH on Indian Railways". All other contents of the original notification S.O. 3826(E) remain unchanged. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the S.O. 3826(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 29th August 2023, namely - In para 1 relating to Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) for the words “KAVACH of South Central Railway", shall be substituted to words “KAVACH on Indian Railways". 2. All other contents would be remain same as notified vide s.o. 3826(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 29 August 2023. 3. The above amendments in the notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
