NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2025
S.O. 2000(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Environment and Forests, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section
(ii), vide number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate
Change vide number S.O. 2590(E), dated the 13th June, 2023, namely:-
In the said notification,-
1. In paragraph 1, for serial numbers (i) and (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall
respectively be substituted, namely: -
“(i) Shri Liandawla,
H.No:B-32/B Khatla Aizawl,
Behind Veterinary Directorate Building,
P.O. Aizawl-796001,
Mizoram.
(iii) Chief Conservator of Forests (Research, Training and Monitoring),
Environment, Forests and Climate Change Department, Government of
Mizoram.
- Chairman;
- Member-Secretary.”.
2. In paragraph 5, for serial numbers (i) and (v) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall
respectively be substituted, namely: -
“(i) Prof. H. Lalramnghinglova,
M-9/3, Ramhlun South,
Near Government, Republic Higher Secondary School Field, College Road,
Ramhlun South, Aizawl-796012
(v) Conservator of Forests (Central Circle), Environment, Forests and Climate
Change Department, Government of Mizoram.
