NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd April, 2025
S.O. 1580(E).—In Pursuance of sub section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline
(Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said act), the Central Government
hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions of the Competent
authority under the said Act for IndianOil Corporation Limited in respect of areas mentioned in column (2) for its
petroleum pipelines laid under the said Act mentioned in column (3) of the said Table:
