The substance of the intention notification was published in "Free Press and Raj Express" on January 1, 2026, as per sub-section (3) of section 3A. The Competent Authority considered and settled objections filed under Section 3-C and subsequently submitted its report to the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3D. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D, the Central Government now declares the land specified in the annexed Schedule is acquired. Furthermore, under sub-section (2) of section 3D, upon publication of this notification, the land detailed in the Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances. The Schedule lists land parcels, both Government and Private (Irrigated), across villages Kishnpur, Mirkhedi, Parasari Tyonda, Senpa, and Aeranmirjapur within Rahatgarh Taluk, Sagar District, Madhya Pradesh, totaling 17.757 Hectares.
