NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 28th February, 2025
S.O. 1066(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3
read with section 4 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 (14 of
2021), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification number S.O.
1248 (E), dated the 11th March, 2024 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th
March, 2024, namely :-
In the said notification,-
1. In paragraph 2, relating to “Members under clause (c) of sub-section (3) of
section 3", in the Table, for serial number (i) to (ix) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
