L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-03022025-260727 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 554] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025/MAGHA 11, 1946 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (Department of Health and Family Welfare) New Delhi, the 30th January, 2025 NOTIFICATION S.O. 558(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) read with rule 44 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Pronab Dhar, Head of the Division of Biological Standardization, Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar to be the Government Analyst, with immediate effect, for whole of India in respect of all classes of drugs specified below, namely:- (1) Anti-sera for veterinary use.
