NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2025
S.O. 18(E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Assisted Reproductive Technology
(Regulation) Act, 2021 and Section 17 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby
includes Dr. Kadiyam Kavya, Member, Lok Sabha and Smt. Bharti Pardhi, Member, Lok Sabha as Members in the
National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board. Accordingly, para (c) of the notification no. of
even no. dated 4th May, 2022 (which was modified vide notification of even no, dated 4th January, 2023) shall read as
under:
(c) Dr. Kadiyam Kavya and Smt. Bharti Pardhi, Members of Lok Sabha and Smt. Kavita Patidar, Member of
Rajya Sabha as Members.
