The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission issued a corrigendum on 19th November, 2025, with F.No.-RA-14031(11)/1/2020-CERC, to rectify errors in its previous notification F.No.-RA-14031(11)/1/2020-CERC, dated 15th September, 2025, which was published in the Gazette of India. Specifically, at page 1, line 3 of the original notification, the text "No.:5/6/2016-Reg.Aff./CAC (20)/CERC dated 23rd March, 2016" should now be read as "F.No.-RA-14031(11)/1/2020-CERC dated 31.08.2023". Furthermore, at page 1, serial number 7, the word 'President' is to be read as 'Chairman', and at serial number 16, 'Adani Transmission Ltd' should be read as 'Adani Energy Solution Limited'. The corrigendum was signed by HARPREET SINGH PRUTHI, Secretary.
