S.O. 5121(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 o f the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby Authorizes the person mentioned in
column (2) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authorit y under the said Act, in
respect of the areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Schedule namely: -
