Notification for amendment in Quality Control Order of Morpholine

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:- In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st November, 2024."
