This land, located in the stretch from Km. 273.1 to Km. 274.3 of NH-48, is for the Upgradation & Development of a Grade Junction to Grade Separator/Underpass/Flyover structure at the 200 Feet Bypass Junction project at Km. 273.6 (Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway). This declaration is made under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), following a previous intention to acquire declared by S.O. 5651(E) dated 08th December 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the said Act. The substance of the prior notification was published in "Dainik Bhaskar" and "The Indian Express" on 10th December 2025, as per sub-section (3) of section 3A. Objections filed under Section 3-C were considered and settled by the Competent Authority, which subsequently submitted its report to the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3D. Upon publication of this notification, the specified land, including various types of land (Government, Private, Common) from villages Badarwas and Heerapura, shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances, as per sub-section (2) of section 3D of the Act. No. NHAI/JPR/NH48/JK/DPR/e-217757/200Feet/LAC/2025/3D] SHAIKH AMINKHAN, Director MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th June, 2026 S.O. 3406(E). - Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5651 (E) dated 08th December 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation in the stretch of land from Km. 273.1 to Km. 274.3 of NH-48 for Upgradation & Development of 1 No. at Grade Junction to Grade Separator/Underpass/Flyover structure at 200 Feet Bypass Junction project at Km. 273.6 (Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway) in the district of JAIPUR in the state of RAJASTHAN And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar" and "The Indian Express" both dated 10 December 2025; undersub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
