The land in question is a stretch from Km. 0+000 to Km. 0+500 in the district of UJJAIN in the state of MADHYA PRADESH. The substance of the previous notification was published in Dainik Bhaskar & Free Press on 12.08.2025 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act. The Competent Authority received, considered, and settled objections filed under Section 3-C and subsequently submitted its report to the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3D. Upon receipt of this report and in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D, the Central Government declares the land should be acquired. Furthermore, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D, upon publication of this notification, the land specified in the Schedule, totaling 2.2703 Hectares across 36 plots in Village Khilchipur, Taluk Ujjain Nagar, District Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances. The land includes Government, Private, and Common types, with various natures such as Non Irrigated, Agriculture/Irrigated, Agricultural, Khaantti, and Road.
