Notification regarding Designation of Drugs Inspectors (Medical Devices) of CDSCO as Medical Device Officers under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017

In pursuance of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 18 of the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, the following Inspector's (Medical Devices) of the Central Drugs Standards Control Organisation, appointed by the Central Government under section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), are hereby designated, for the whole of India, as Medical Device Officer's for the purpose of the said rules with immediate effect, namely:- +------+---------------------------------+ | S.
