In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4420 (E) dated 10.10.2024 for the work of Strengthening of two lane with paved shoulder from Km 17/8-18/2, construction of two lane with paved shoulder from Km 18/2 to Km 20/0 and construction of four lane with paved shoulder from Km 20/0 to Km 35/6 of Salem- Thirupathur- Vaniyambadi road (NH- 179A) on EPC mode in the District of Dharmapuri in the State of TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II), 12.10.2024 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 4225(E) dated 25.09.2024, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "SDRO" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Krishnagiri" shall be substituted.
