NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2025
S.O. 2927(E). — In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5009(E) dated 22.11.2024 for the work of Construction
of Bagalur Bypass from Km 3.00 to Km 9.350 of NH-207 (New NH-648) in the district of KRISHNAGIRI in the state
of TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),22.11.2024
namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 5069(E) dated 01.10.2018, against serial no. 1 in
column 2 for the entry "District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri” the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land
Acquisition, National Highways, Krishnagiri" shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.5069(E) dated 01.10.2018 in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 01.10.2018, subsequent Amendments were published vide
Gazette No. S.O. 5454 (E) dated 23.11.2022 & Gazette No. S.O. 5009(E) dated 22.11.2024.
