L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-02072025-264290 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2859] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025/ASHADHA 10, 1947 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 30th June, 2025 S.O. 2926(E). — In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 213 (E) dated 13.01.2025 for the work of Widening from two lane to four lane with paved shoulder in km 60/650-73/2 and strengthening in km 60/650 - 61/8, 62/8-63/4, 65/2- 67/2, 67/6-70/0, 71/2-71/450 and 71/750 – 73/2 and only wearing course at km.61/8-62/8, 63/4-65/2, 67/2-67/6, 70/0- 71/2 including widening of minor bridges, construction of additional bridge at km.64/2, widening and reconstruction of culverts, construction of retaining walls and drain in built up areas in Musiri - Namakkal road (NH 381B) in the district of Namakkal in the state of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II), 13.01.2025 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 3408(E) dated 27.07.2022, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "District Revenue Officer, Namakkal" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Krishnagiri” shall be substituted. Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.3408(E) dated 27.07.2022 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 27.07.2022, subsequent Amendments were published vide Gazette No. S.O. 4228 (E) dated 25.09.2024 & Gazette No. S.O. 213(E) dated 13.01.2025.
