In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 1490(E), dated the 13th September, 2006 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- "1. Ms. Sukriti Likhi Chairperson" [F. No. C.I-40015/4/2020-CHEM.I-CPC] DEEPANKAR ARON, Jt. Secy.
