Sujata Gandhe, Deputy Collector (General), Wardha, Government of Maharashtra to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on additional charge basis instead of deputation basis for Mumbai — Nagpur Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline Project (MNJPL) of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Maharashtra. 2.
