NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2024
S.O. 07(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Ms. I. Kanmani, Assistant Commissioner (Excise), Thiruvarur, Government of Tamil Nadu in place of Shri
Yogeswaran, Tahsildar, Pudukottai District Revenue Officer, Government of Tamil Nadu to perform the functions of
Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962
for Ennore- Thiruvallur- Bengaluru- Puducherry- Nagapattinam- Madurai- Tuticorin Natural Gas Pipeline Project of
M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited in the State of Tamil Nadu.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
