NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2024
S.O. 4775 (Е).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section
58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central
Government hereby accords approval for period of twelve months from the date of
issue of this notification for transportation of two over dimensional consignments from
Kandla Port to IOCL- Panipat, Haryana by road with maximum safe laden weight/Gross
Vehicles Weight and dimensions, as mentioned in the schedule appended hereto.
SCHEDULE
1. M/s PRISM logistics Private Limited is the transporter of M/s Toyo Engineering
India Private Limited, for transportation of two over dimensional consignments for the
aforesaid movement.
2. Following Prime Movers will be utilized in the movement of the subject
consignment as detailed below:-
