NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st September, 2023
S.O. 3862(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways, number S.O. 4150(E), dated the 05th September 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 05th September 2022 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely, Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor Project in the district Nuh, in the State of Haryana;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers, namely, "Times of India" dated the 08th September 2022, and "Dainik Jagran" dated the 08th September 2022 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, No objections have been received and the same was considered and resolved as per rule by the Competent Authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority, and in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the Special Railway Project, namely, "Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor Project from Palwal to Sonipat via Sohna, Manesar and Kharkhoda" New Broad Gauge Double Rail line on the stretch of land from K.M. 0.000 to K.M. 5.800 in the district Nuh in the State of Haryana.

Villages covered in the schedule (as confirmed from the extracted pages), each with numerous individually-listed survey/field numbers, land nature (e.g. Chahi = irrigated cultivable, Bhood, Magda, Gair Mumkeen Pahad/Nala/Rasta = uncultivable/government waste categories), land type (Pvt = private or Gram Panchayat), area in hectares, and the full names (with father's/husband's name and fractional share) of landowners or interested persons:
- Village Padheni (Sl.
