CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2025
S.O. 2923(E). – In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India
in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 853(E) dated 17.02.2025 for the work of Strengthening the
existing carriageway in km. 11/0-19/0 including Geometrical Improvements, Widening of Minor bridges at Km. 12/2
& Km. 18/2, Construction of Drains, Construction of Breast Wall, Widening and Reconstruction of culverts,
Construction of Retaining walls in Krishnagiri- Kuppam Road NH-219(New NH No-42) in district of Krishnagiri in the
state of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),17.02.2025
namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1345(E) dated 25.03.2021, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for
the entry "District Revenue Office, Krishnagiri” the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National
Highways, Krishnagiri" shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.1345(E) dated 25.03.2021 in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 25.03.2021, subsequent Amendments were published vide
Gazette No. S.O. 4084 (E) dated 31.08.2022, Gazette No. S.O. 682 (E) dated 14.02.2023 & Gazette No. S.O. 853(E)
dated 17.02.2025.
