L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01042024-253493 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1504] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, APRIL 1, 2024/CHAITRA 12, 1946 2360 GI/2024 (1) MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th March, 2024 S.O. 1585(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, File Number Z-28016/65/2017-PMSSY-IV dated the 31st Oct, 2018 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide SO 6410(E) dated the 31st Dec, 2018: In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely:- "Member under clause (aa) of Section 4: "1. Vice Chancellor, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences;" The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
