L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01042024-253492 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1506] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, APRIL 1, 2024/CHAITRA 12, 1946 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th March, 2024 S.O. 1587(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, File Number Z-28016/65/2017-PMSSY-IV dated the 31st October, 2018 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide SO 6410(E) dated the 31st Dec, 2018: In the said notification, for serial number 6, 7, 8 and 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely:- “6. Dr. Vikas Mahatme, Ex-Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha)" "7. Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India" "8. Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra" "9. Dr. Anant Pandhare, Vice Chairman Indian Red Cross Society" The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
