L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01032024-252520 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 934] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 29, 2024/PHALGUNA 10, 1945 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th February, 2024 S.O. 979(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementing Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection(1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land)Act, 1962(50of1962),the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein; Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may submit objection in writing to Shri Gyan Prakash Srivastav, Competent Authority, IHB Limited, Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline (KGPL), Gorakhpur (UP) within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification Issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the general public.
